Terms & Conditions:

1. Limit ONE set per customer only (based on customer's name & email address.

2. If a customer purchased more than one set in one transaction, City Super Limited reserves the right to cancel the order.

3. Delivery service is only available for this product.(Delivery fee HK$150 is required.)

4. Delivery hours: Between the hours of 9:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday.

5. Customer should provide below information to our delivery colleague during receive the order for checking.

   (a) the original credit card or original copy of credit card statement (the credit card used for payment) in order to show us the last 4 digits of the credit card number & credit card registration name
   (b) Receiptant HKID card
   (c) We may record the last 4 digit of Receiptant HKID card

6. City Super Limited reserves the right to arrange redelivery if customers not able to provide the above information to our colleague or the information does not match with the order, an extra HK$150 will be charged for redelivery.

7. If customers want to make date changes to an order that is being processed, they must contact us at least 5 working days in advance or we will not accept any changes.

8. If customer not able to pick up the delivery on the selected delivery, there will be additional HK$ 150 re-delivery charge.

9. super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the LOG-ON Eshop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.

10. In cases of online payment failure, the order will be cancelled.

11. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

12. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
