  • These seasoned bamboo shoots are made only from the tender inner sections of Taiwanese bamboo, carefully selected from high-altitude regions over 400 metres where the shoots grow with soft, delicate fibres.

  • They are prepared through lactic fermentation, ageing, and sun-drying to concentrate flavour, then seasoned with soy sauce, sugar, and fragrant sesame oil for a rich yet well-balanced taste.

  • Perfect as a topping for ramen, they also pair wonderfully with rice dishes or as a savoury side for drinks.
