HOKKAIDOBIO 北海道洋蔥醬 - 柚子 (200mL)

This dressing combines Hokkaido-grown onions (Momiji variety)—processed using the brand’s unique BRC method, which enhances their natural flavour and beneficial components—with pure yuzu juice extracted only from the fruit of Tokushima-grown yuzu.

 

Thanks to the onion paste made with the BRC technique, the dressing achieves a surprisingly smooth and rich taste despite being oil-free.

The flavour is a refreshing soy-based Japanese style, accented with the bright aroma of yuzu.
