Delivery Service

• Delivery services will be carried out by the vendor.
• No installation service will be provided.
• Direct delivery to residential or commercial addresses: Please fill in the address clearly during the checkout process. For commercial addresses, please indicate lunchtime and make sure the given address is correct. If any re-delivery is required, customers need to pay the re-delivery fee.

1. The transportation staff will contact the customer by phone or text message.
2. Please collect the goods within 3 days after the contact from transportation staff. Uncollected orders will be returned. Please contact our customer service for a re-delivery arrangement and customers need to pay for the re-delivery cost.
3. The residential delivery time is 11 am to 7 pm (Specified time cannot be provided); while the delivery time for the commercial address is 9 am to 6 pm.
4. If the truck cannot reach the delivery location directly with special manpower arrangements required, there will be an extra cost to be paid by customers at HK$50 per 50 meters, staircase fee (HK$20 per 7 steps).
5. If the elevator in the building is out of order during delivery, we will re-arrange the delivery.
6. If delivery is delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to traffic, region, weather and other factors, there will be no notification in advance, please contact our Customer Service to follow up.
7. The customer needs to sign for confirmation upon receiving the goods.

Delivery Coverage

Our delivery service is limited to Hong Kong local delivery, covering Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated outlying island areas (Tung Chung City Centre, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are only available for delivery on Mondays and Thursdays). Overseas delivery is currently not available.

Due to the epidemic situation, we have a special arrangement and will not be able to provide services to the following areas:

• Hospitals
• Isolation Centres
• Residential Care Homes for the Elderly
• The list of buildings announced by the Department of Health within 14 days https://chp-dashboard.geodata.gov.hk/covid-19/zh.html . After the Department of Health removes the building from the list, normal delivery services will resume
