Mikura Xmas Dinner Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period: From now on until 20 (Wed) Dec 2023

1. During the promotional period, customers who pre-order the "6-course Tasting Menu" by iza’bis or the "6-course Tasting Menu" by MIKURA at city'super E-Shop will enjoy a 10% discount. A service charge will be calculated based on the original price.
2. The discount is applicable to the pre-ordered the "6-course Tasting Menu" by iza’bis or the "6-course Tasting Menu" by MIKURA only and does not include any other items or services. Customers are required to pay the corresponding amount for on-site consumption.
3. The offer is only applicable for dining dates on December 24, 25, 26, and 31, 2023.
4. The discount will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout on the city'super E-Shop.
5. This offer is subject to availability. In the event that the "6-course Tasting Menu" by iza’bis or the "6-course Tasting Menu" by MIKURA is sold out or unavailable for any reason, City Super Limited reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer.
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or coupons. 
7. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled and there is no refund service.
8. If need to reschedule the reservation, please contact the restaurant staff. Should you decide to change your reservation to a time outside of the dinner promotion period, please note that the customer will be required to pay the price difference on the day of dining.
9. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and eCoupons from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. 
10. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
