Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is only applicable to the city’super pre order E-Shop website (https://preorder.citysuper.com.hk) and the E-Shop app, and is not applicable to the city’super physical stores.
  2. Each customer can only purchase 1 time only during the pre-ordering period. Duplicate purchase will be cancelled and only the first purchase will be classified as valid.
  3. Blind boxes must be bought in multiples of six. Customers have the option to buy either 6 pieces or 12 pieces.
  4. Each customer is permitted to purchase at most two units of each product. This means for regular items, you can buy up to 2 pieces, and for blind boxes, you can acquire up to 2 inner boxes which contain a total of 12 pieces.
  5. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.
  6. super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the city’super pre order E-Shop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
  7. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products/shopping vouchers, or transferred to a third party. Photos are for reference only.
  8. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions.
