Weekly Fresh Fruit Delivery Subscription Terms and conditions

  1. This promotion is only applicable to the city’super E-Shop Pre-order website (https://preorder.citysuper.com.hk), and is not applicable to the city’super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk), app and city’super physical stores.
  2. This offer is only applicable to the purchase of Weekly Fresh Fruit Delivery Subscription.
  3. The offer is valid from 3 (Mon) July to 26 (Tue) Sep 2023. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangement will be made.
  4. The order deadline is every Tuesday at 12:00 PM noon.
  5. Delivery days are only on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Customers can choose the first delivery date during checkout, and subsequent deliveries will be made on the same day of the week. For example, if a customer places an order on 3, Jul 2023 (Monday) and selects 6 July, 2023 (Thursday) as the first delivery date, subsequent deliveries will be made every Thursday.
  6. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery date, product and quantity cannot be changed. Cancellation and refund will not be accepted.
  7. Automatic extensions and renewals of plan are not available. If necessary, please contact customer service team.

  10. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.
  11. super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the city’super E-Shop Pre-order website to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made. The corresponding loyalty points will be added to the registered account within 7 days from the delivery date by month.
  12. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products/shopping vouchers, or transferred to a third party. Photos are for reference only.
  13. Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that the customer informs City Super Limited at +852 2429 8588 within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise.
  14. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. The gift will not be returned.
  15. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons.
