The first generation of this family-own company was already dedicated to the cultivation and care of olive trees in a small town in south-eastern Sicily since a century ago. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by 100% Tonda Iblea grown on the Hyblaean Mountains at South-eastern Sicily. With pronounced notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass and fresh herbs, and a bitter and a spicy well-balanced flavour, this full-bodied olive oil goes well with grilled meats and fish, soups and salads.
