• It all started in Montevarchi, in the heart of Tuscany, with the grandparents Giuseppe and Irma who passed on the passion for pastry art to the eldest son Silvio and then to the other sons Sergio and Alessandro.
• Today they are at the third generation of Bonci with Giulia, Gianmarco and Gianluca who, together with Sergio, Silvio, Alessandro and the master chocolatier Michele Mezzasoma carry on the stheyet family tradition with the same art and passion.
• They have always been a family of gluttons but also of innovators. they like to change, experiment, always look for new ways and this is how Panbriacone was born in 1995, which soon became the king of our pastry with its liqueur soul that makes it unique and unmistakable.
