Bronze Daiginjo Miso Soup Ramen is crafted using Fujiyu 100% koji miso and Hamachidori daiginjo sake lees, creating a refined bowl with remarkable balance.

  • By carefully suppressing harsh notes, the deep umami of koji miso and the elegant aroma of daiginjo sake lees are brought together in a precise golden ratio, allowing each element to shine without overpowering the others.

  • The soup delivers rich fragrance, gentle sweetness from the koji, and the authentic depth of miso, paired with flat noodles that offer a firm bite and smooth mouthfeel.

  • The balance is so complete that it is recommended to enjoy the ramen first without any toppings, to fully appreciate its intended flavour.

  • For variation, adding chilli or garlic is also recommended to suit personal taste.
 
Cooking Instructions

1. Keep the liquid soup sealed in its pouch and warm it in hot water. Before the noodles are ready, pour the soup into a bowl and add about 300 mL of boiling water. Stir well.

2. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 6 minutes. After 3 minutes, loosen gently, then continue cooking over medium heat for another 3 minutes.

3. Drain the noodles thoroughly and add them to the prepared soup. Serve immediately.
