This ramen features a light yet satisfying soy sauce soup made with Kamaishi Fuji honjozo soy sauce, known for its clean flavour that can be enjoyed down to the last sip.

The gently curled noodles are designed to pair well with the soup, delivering a nostalgic and comforting bowl reminiscent of classic Japanese ramen.
 
In the Showa era, ramen was a staple of everyday dining in Kamaishi—a rewarding bowl after work, a comforting treat, or a perfect finish after a night out.

This ramen captures that timeless warmth and simplicity, offering a flavour that feels familiar and deeply satisfying.



Cooking Instructions

1. Keep the liquid soup sealed in its pouch and warm it in hot water. Before the noodles are ready, pour the soup into a bowl and add about 300 mL of boiling water. Stir well.

2. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for about 5 minutes. After 3 minutes, loosen gently, then continue cooking over medium heat for another 2 minutes.


3.Drain the noodles thoroughly and add them to the prepared soup. Serve hot. Toppings such as spring onion, char siu, or bamboo shoots may be added as desired.
