Concentrated Noodle Sauce (Dilute 1:2)

This premium sauce features a base of domestically sourced whole soybean soy sauce blended with dashi from San'in flying fish (ago) and kelp. Using fresh spring water from Oku-izumo, the dashi is carefully extracted over three days to achieve a mellow flavor and light color that complements various dishes perfectly. It is especially ideal for somen noodles. For a dipping sauce, dilute at a 1:2 ratio, and for hot noodle soups, use a 1:4 ratio.
