This flat, ginkgo biloba leave-like shaped Yamatoimo Yam is produced in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Vacuum-packed to ensure freshness, with a wonderful sticky taste and a refreshing sweetness. It is perfect to be made into puree, to enjoy with rice and noodles, or it can also be used to make okonomiyaki.
