This handmade soumen is produced in Miwa no Sato, known as the birthplace of Japanese soumen. Crafted with traditional techniques passed down through generations, it offers a refined firmness, elegant wheat aroma, and a refreshing, clean finish.

Its smooth texture and delicate flavour make it ideal for enjoying chilled, especially during warm seasons.

 

Cooking tip:

Bring plenty of water to a full boil before adding the noodles. Once the noodles rise to the surface, reduce the heat to prevent boiling over and cook for about 2 minutes.

Drain immediately, rinse well with cold water, and serve thoroughly chilled for best flavour.
