NAMISATO Gluten Free Pancake Mix - No Sugar Added (200g)
This pancake mix is made with domestically produced rice flour and soybean flour. It is gluten-free (no wheat), with no added sugar and no artificial flavourings, offering a simple and balanced base for everyday cooking.
Because it is not sweetened, it can be prepared as either a dessert or a savoury dish. The mild grain flavour pairs well with fruit, syrup, or cream, and also works well with eggs, vegetables, or cheese for a light meal.
Preparation (about 4 pancakes)
Ingredients: 1 pack of this mix, 1 egg, 200–240 mL milk.
1. Place the egg, milk, and the mix in a bowl and whisk well until combined.
2, Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then briefly place it on a damp cloth to cool slightly.
3. Pour about one-quarter of the batter into the pan to form a round pancake. Pouring the batter from slightly higher above the pan helps create a more even circle.
4. Cook over low to medium heat for about 3 minutes. When small bubbles appear on the surface, turn over and cook for about 2 minutes more until fully cooked.
Keep refrigerated after opening
