This ramen uses Nishiyama’s aged dried noodles, made by drying fresh noodles after maturation to closely recreate the texture of fresh ramen.
Made with 100% Hokkaido-grown wheat, the noodles have a firm bite and smooth mouthfeel, pairing well with a clean, well-balanced salt-based soup.
The result is a simple yet refined bowl that highlights the natural flavour of the noodles and broth without being overpowering.
Cooking Instructions
1. Bring 550–600 mL of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 6½–7 minutes. After 4 minutes, gently loosen the noodles.
2. Once the noodles are fully cooked, turn off the heat.
3. Add the soup and mix thoroughly.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with sliced pork, bamboo shoots, and spring onions if desired.
Store in cool dry place.
