(a) the original credit card or original copy of credit card statement (the credit card used for payment) in order to show us the last 4 digits of the credit card number & credit card registration name

City Super Limited reserves the right to arrange redelivery if customers not able to provide the above information to our colleague or the information does not match with the order, an extra HK$150 will be charged for redelivery.

If customers want to make date changes to an order that is being processed, they must contact us at least 5 working days in advance or we will not accept any changes.
- If customer not able to pick up the delivery on the selected delivery, there will be additional HK$ 150 re-delivery charge.
